Hi, I’m Percilla Cierr, owner and master stylist at TrueColorAZ in Phoenix, Arizona.

I graduated from a beauty school in 2013, and for over a decade I’ve been obsessed with creating transformations that make women feel confident, radiant, and seen inside and out.

I specialize in color transformations, lived-in color, and balayage that look effortlessly natural and low-maintenance, but still turn heads.

 

I’m also a DreamCatchers Certified Extension Artist, trained in I-Tip, K-Tip, Tape-In, and Weft methods to create seamless, custom blends for every client.

Beyond color and extensions, I love doing makeup and updos for special occasions especially weddings and events where I can help bring a vision to life.
